This site is run by Marrott Weekes, a licensed real estate agent with Real Estate Essentials. This policy explains what information I collect on weekesrealty.com, how I use it, and the choices you have.

What I collect

• What you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, address and anything else you choose to share.
• How you use the site: pages visited, searches and homes viewed, and the device and browser you use.
• Cookies and similar tools from analytics and advertising services, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, when they are turned on for this site.

How I use it

• To answer your request and follow up about buying, selling or investing.
• To send what you ask for, like listing alerts or the monthly market report.
• To understand which pages and homes interest you, so the follow-up is relevant.
• To improve the site and measure advertising.

Your information is stored in my customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) and the services that host this site. I don't sell your personal information.

Texts and email

I only text you if you tick the box agreeing to texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of any service. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or to stop all contact, email marrott@weekesrealty.com or call 385-425-1440. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
