Marrott Weekes and Real Estate Essentials are committed to the letter and spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act and the Utah Fair Housing Act. I serve every client equally, without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status, national origin, or source of income, as well as any other class protected by law.

I describe homes and neighborhoods by their features: the property, its amenities and the places nearby. I don't say who a home or an area is "right for", and I won't steer anyone toward or away from a neighborhood.
