My why
Advice should be judged by the numbers it produces.
For nearly a decade I worked in private equity, managing money for investors. In that world, advice is measured by results, and every assumption gets questioned before a dollar moves.
Real estate is one of the few big financial decisions where the person advising you gets paid more when you spend more. I became a REALTOR® to bring the investor's standard to everyday buyers, sellers and investors: honest numbers, plain answers, and a recommendation I'd make with my own money.
I work around the Point of the Mountain, from Lehi and Traverse Mountain to Draper, Saratoga Springs and the rest of Utah County and south Salt Lake County. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
